Highlights

The protester requested reconsideration of a prior decision holding that its protest against the geographical limitation of a proposed building site was untimely filed. Upon reconsideration, the prior decision was affirmed since that decision was based on the events that preceded the request by GAO for further information concerning the bases of the protest. The timeliness of protests is determined as soon as practicable upon presentation of pertinent information, regardless of the source that presents the information or the point in the proceedings at which the information becomes available.
