Responsibility of Successful Bidder Questioned

A company objected to the award of a contract, alleging that the successful bidder did not have the capacity necessary to meet the required delivery schedule. The protest was not for consideration since GAO no longer reviews bid protests involving an agency's affirmative determination of responsibility.
