Highlights

An employee requested reconsideration of a decision which sustained the disallowance of her claim for reimbursement of expenses incurred for the storage of her automobile incident to her return to the United States. The employee was properly denied reimbursement for additional storage expenses incurred when she removed her car from the premises of a drive-away firm since there was an existing contract between the Government and the firm in the form of a Government Bill of Lading and agency regulations provided that there could be no additional reimbursement when services were already covered by an existing contract.
