Highlights

A decision was requested concerning a Naval member's entitlement to a transportation allowance. While on leave, he was ordered to a Naval hospital for treatment and then ordered to return to his ship. Since his travel was performed in accordance with orders, he is entitled to transportation at Government expense to the hospital and then to his ship.
