Highlights

The agency requested that the claims of four employees of a Government contractor, Robert G. Gibbs, Henry Kusmierski, Kenneth E. Marshall, and Frank L. Wiles, be reported to the Congress under the Meritorious Claims Act of 1928. The claims of the employees whose personal belongings were destroyed by a fire in Government-owned housing do not merit reporting to the Congress under the Meritorious Claims Act.
