Highlights

A retired Naval member requested reconsideration of the disallowance of his claim for reimbursement for storage and shipment of his household goods to his home of selection after he was placed on the temporary disability retirement list. The member did not undergo hospitalization or medical treatment at the time of retirement or during the subsequent 1-year period. He was, therefore, not entitled to movement of household goods at Government expense to his home of selection, and the prior decision was sustained.
