Bid Properly Rejected as Late

A company protested the rejection of its late proposal, arguing that regulations were interpreted too restrictively since no public opening of bids was involved. The proposal delivered more than an hour after the stated deadline was properly rejected since none of the conditions set forth in the Federal Procurement Regulations was met.
