An individual requested that he be furnished a basis whereby a decision, which denied his son's application for waiver of his debt to the United States, might be reversed. GAO stated that the facts in the matter were undisputed and the determination had been previously reconsidered. Therefore, no other recommendation was made regarding this matter.
