Highlights

GAO commented on an U.S. Bankruptcy Court employee's claim for a retroactive salary increase. GAO held that since the record showed no clerical or administrative error, there was no basis on which the increase may be made effective retroactively. Accordingly, the claims group settlement denying the employee's claim was affirmed.
