GAO commented on a company's disallowed claim for additional billing charges. GAO held that a request for claim must be made within a reasonable period after the date the settlement is issued. The company untimely filed its request for a settlement review more than eight years after the settlement was issued, and therefore cannot be considered. Accordingly, the request for review was denied.
