Army Request for Contract Reformation

GAO commented on whether an Army contract for the purchase of a vehicle may be reformed, since the contractor's bid was based on misinformation provided by the Army. GAO held that since the contract error was the result of a mutual mistake as to material facts, the contract may be reformed to correct the error.
