Member's Entitlement to Family Separation Allowance

A decision was requested concerning the entitlement of an Army member to Family Separation Allowance, Type 1, following her marriage to another service member. Since the member's mother was her dependent, she was entitled to the Family Separation Allowance for her mother even though the member was not living in Government family quarters.
