Reconsideration of Claim for Temporary Lodging Allowance

A former Air Force officer requested reconsideration of his claim for temporary lodging allowance for a period of time in which he occupied visiting officers quarters (VOQ). At the time of the officer's occupancy, VOQ was a government appropriated fund activity, and occupancy of VOQ precluded payment of temporary lodging allowances.
