Comments on Use of Funds from Vending Machines

GAO commented on whether the proceeds from certain Post Office vending machines be allocated to postal service employee groups or to blind persons who operate vending stands within the building. The question of allocation of funds between blind people and postal employee groups was not one for consideration by GAO, and instead should be resolved by the Postmaster General.
