Investigation of Certain Activities of the Export-Import Bank of the United States

Congress asked GAO to investigate certain activities of the Export-Import Bank of the United States (Eximbank) in connection with the passage of a resolution in Congress, amending the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945. Specifically, GAO was asked to determine whether 18 U.S.C. 1913 is applicable to Eximbank and whether the several activities listed constitute a violation thereof.
