Reimbursement for Employee Improvements to Mobile Home Pads

Three Forest Service employees requested reimbursement of personal expenditures for enlarging electrical hookups serving their mobile homes at a ranger station. The Government will reimburse the employees at a price reflecting the value of the improvements to the Government since, if the employees removed the improvements, the Government would have to replace them.
