Court Costs for Defending Employment Discrimination Suits

GAO was asked to comment on proposed Department of Justice guidelines for determining whether the Government should move for court costs (not including attorneys fees) when it successfully defends an employment discrimination suit under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended.
