Request for Reformation of Contract

The General Services Administration requested a decision regarding a bid error claimed after the award of the contract. Since the contracting officer should have known of the possibility of error in view of the disparity between the low bidder's and the second low bidder's prices, the contractor's request for reformation of the contract was granted, but the price may not exceed the price offered by the second low bidder.
