Highlights

A transferred Federal employee requested reconsideration of a decision disallowing his claim for a 7 percent real estate commission on the sale of his home instead of the 6 percent commission rate prevailing in the area. A letter from the real estate company did not overcome the presumption that 6 percent was the prevailing rate; the claim was denied.
