Protest Related to Qualifications of Subcontractors

Protesters claimed that the subcontractors to be used by the contractor did not meet the IFP qualification requirements, as they had not proven their capabilities to perform the jobs. However, they were deemed to have met the qualifications and the protest was denied. (SS)
