Claim for Reimbursement of Sales Taxes Assessed against Coffeetime by Rhode Island on Merchandise Purchased by the Veterans Canteen Service

Coffeetime Inc., held liable for unpaid sales taxes to Rhode Island, has claimed that Veterans Canteen Service should reimburse Coffeetime according to the original contract agreement of amount of commission. Since the amendment to the original agreement was due to a mutual misunderstanding of State law, Coffeetime should be reimbursed. (SS)
