Request for Ruling on Propriety of Contract Modifications

GAO commented on whether it would be required to object to otherwise proper payments made under two contract provisions relating to the establishment of a collateral or guarantee fund to secure premiums for insurance coverage, and the establishment of an employee benefits fund. GAO held that it would not object to payments made under the two provisions involved.
