Department of the Army To promote well-informed decisions about the Plan's projects that are presented for approval in future authorization acts, the Secretary of the Army should provide Congress with updates that: (1) reflect the cumulative project and cost changes to the overall Plan; and (2) indicate the progress being made toward implementing the Plan. The updates should be made at the same time as subsequent authorization proposals. The Corps should also provide these updates to the state of Florida.
