Dear Mr. Cates:

This is in response to your letter of October 26, 1991, requesting review of our Claim Group's settlement Z-2609168-28 dated October 21,1991 regarding GBL# RP-243,551 covering the household goods of Timothy L. Mattson, which were picked up and delivered in September 1988.

The basis of your request is that there was no proof of tender of the lost goods to the carrier of the contents of inventory item 85, a wardrobe carton containing a christmas tree and item 50, a 4.5 carton containing toys.

Enclosed is a copy of the inventory for items 85 and 50 which bears the annotation that these items were carrier packed (cp) with the contents listed as a christmas tree and toys, respectively.

Accordingly, we find this constitutes proof of tender and affirm the action of the Claims Group.
