Nine firms and individuals protested the Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) termination of their contracts and subsequent resolicitation for property management services, contending that HUD improperly determined that it had improperly awarded those contracts. GAO would not review the protests, which the protesters untimely filed more than 5 months after HUD notified them that it intended to terminate their contracts and resolicit its requirements. Accordingly, the protests were dismissed.
