Claim for Expenses Incurred in Real Estate Transaction

GAO was asked for information and comments concerning the entitlement of an individual for expenses incurred in a real estate transaction for which he was not reimbursed by the government.  The original claim for reimbursement was denied because the time limit imposed by the regulations was exceeded.
