A employee who retired under the optional retirement program requested that he be restored to the payroll in order to be granted accumulated sick leave which had been denied him pending the approval of his request for disability retirement. There was no authority for restoring the employee to the rolls of his former agency for the purpose of granting such unused leave in the absence of a bona fide error or a violation of a valid regulation in effecting the separation.
