GAO answered the question about whether it has authority to audit the Farm Credit Administration, the Federal Land Banks, Federal Intermediate Credit Banks, the Central and Regional Banks for Cooperatives, and Production Credit Associations. 
 
GAO determined that it does have authority to audit said agencies.
