The office of the Comptroller General will interpose no objection to an amendment to contract No. ER-PR-LAY-808 in order to adjust the sale price of the land conveyed to Samuel Martin Quinones to $300 per cuerda, or a total price of $10, 334.10, which is stated to be the re-appraisal price of the land at November 1945 values and the appropriate price for which the sale would have been made but for the mutual mistake as to irrigation rights recited in the deed of conveyance.
