A firm protested a National Aeronautics and Space Administration contract award, contending that the awardee did not properly certify that its products were American end-products. GAO held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to protest the award, since it would not be in line for award even if its protest was sustained. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
