A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest of a Bureau of Indian Affairs solicitation. GAO had held that the protester untimely filed after bid opening its protest of the solicitation's ambiguous specifications. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that: (1) its protest was against fixed and not ambiguous specifications; and (2) GAO improperly dismissed its protest as untimely. GAO held that the protester failed to present any evidence that warranted the reversal of the original decision. Accordingly, the original decision was affirmed.
