[Protests of Army Solicitations for Hospital Housekeeping Services]
B-261671,B-261840,B-261847: Oct 3, 1995
- Full Report:
A firm protested three Army solicitations for hospital housekeeping services, contending that the solicitations' experience requirements unduly restricted competition. GAO held that the Army reasonably determined that the experience requirements were necessary to: (1) meet its minimum needs; and (2) ensure that bidders had complied with federal safety regulations and hospital accreditation requirements. Accordingly, the protests were denied.
