A firm protested an Army contract award, contending that the: (1) solicitation was ambiguous; and (2) amount of the contract award was excessive. GAO held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to protest the award, since it would not be in line for award even if its protest were sustained. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
