A firm protested the Government Printing Office's (GPO) rejection of its bids for printing services, contending that GPO unreasonably determined that it was nonresponsible. GAO held that GPO reasonably based its nonresponsibility determination on the protester's recent deficient performance on similar contracts. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
