A firm protested the Army's rejection of its bid and subsequent contract award for differential global positioning system equipment, contending that the: (1) Army unreasonably rejected its bid as nonresponsive; and (2) solicitation did not clearly state the minimum bid acceptance period. GAO held that the: (1) protester untimely filed after bid opening its protest of the alleged solicitation impropriety; and (2) Army reasonably rejected the protester's bid for failing to comply with the minimum bid acceptance period. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
