[Protest of GSA Solicitation]

A firm protested a General Services Administration solicitation, contending that the solicitation specifications unduly restricted the competition. GAO held that the protester untimely filed after bid opening its protest regarding the alleged restrictive specifications. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
