A firm protested a Maryland Procurement Office contract award for missile systems assessments, contending that the Procurement Office failed to properly evaluate the technical proposals. GAO held that the: (1) Procurement Office properly evaluated the bidders' proposals in accordance with the solicitation's evaluation criteria; and (2) protester was not sufficiently interested to protest the award, since it failed to provide a valid basis for protest and would not be in line for award even if its protest were sustained. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
