A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest of the Army's rejection of its bid for hazardous material training. GAO had held that the Army properly rejected the protester's bid as nonresponsive, since it failed to offer the minimum required bid acceptance period. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that its insertion of 60 days in the bid acceptance section could only be interpreted as an extension of the minimum required bid acceptance period. GAO held that the protester failed to provide any evidence that warranted reversal or modification of the original decision. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
