Highlights

A firm protested a Department of the Interior small business contract award. GAO held that the protester: (1) failed to present any evidence that Interior violated regulations, committed fraud, or acted in bad faith; and (2) untimely filed its protest of issues subject to GAO jurisdiction more than 10 days after it knew of the basis for its protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
