A firm protested a Department of Veterans Affairs contract award for computerized tomography scanner maintenance, contending that the awardee's bid omitted certain required employee information. GAO held that the protester: (1) was not sufficiently interested to protest the award, since it would not be in line for award even if its protest were sustained; and (2) failed to protest the evaluation of its technically acceptable bid. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
