A firm protested the General Services Administration's (GSA) cancellation of a solicitation for the lease of newly constructed office space, contending that the additional space requirements did not warrant cancellation. GAO held that GSA reasonably cancelled the solicitation, since the space requirements significantly increased. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
