CIVILIAN PERSONNEL - RELOCATION - DETAILS - PERMANENT DUTY STATIONS - DETERMINATION DIGEST: AN EMPLOYEE WAS DETAILED FROM HIS AGENCY POSITION IN WASHINGTON.
