A firm protested the small business size standard used in a General Services Administration procurement, contending that incorrect standards were used. GAO noted that it does not consider such matters because the Small Business Administration has the conclusive authority to determine issues of small business size status for procurement purposes. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
