Highlights

A firm protested the size status of the low bidder under a Department of Energy solicitation. The protester contended that the bidder was not qualified to bid on the basis of the solicitation's small business set-aside provision. Because the Small Business Administration has the authority to determine matters of small business size status for Federal procurements, GAO does not review size status protests. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
