[Complaint Alleging Discrimination by Air Force]

A firm protested that the Air Force discriminated against its effort to become an approved source for an Air Force munitions brake. GAO stated that the protest was academic because the agency reported that it is considering the protester's test data for possible inclusion of its equipment on the approved source list. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
