[Protest of Rejection of Bid by Army]
B-211622: May 31, 1983
- Full Report:
A firm protested the rejection of its bid under an Army solicitation. GAO protest procedures require that a protest be filed within 10 working days after the basis of protest is or should have been known. Since the protest was not filed within the proper timeframe, it was untimely and not for consideration. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
