An Air Force employee appealed a decision which denied his claim for charges collected from him for excess weight of household goods transported from one duty station to another. The employee stated that he experienced no overweight problem with the household goods on the subsequent transfer and therefore believed the first weight determination to be in error. It was held that evidence based on a subsequent move was not sufficient to show that an error existed in the weight as substantiated by shipping documents in the previous move. GAO will not question an administrative determination where there is no evidence clearly showing an error. Accordingly, the disallowance of the claim was sustained.
