A military member appealed a settlement which upheld a determination by the Army that she was liable for the amount of $1,855.11 for excess transportation costs for the shipment of her household effects during a change of station to and from Germany. Such considerations are for administrative determination by the Army, and in the present case, the evidence submitted by the claimant did not show that the Army's determination was erroneous.
