A retired military member appealed a decision disallowing his claim for reimbursement for travel by his dependents to his home of selection incident to his retirement. Entitlement to travel expenses to a home of selection on retirement is a right which accrues to the member only, and no right accrues separately for his dependent's travel to a separate home of selection.
