Army National Guard Member Injured in Line of Duty

An Finance and Accounting Officer, U.S. Army Administration Center, Ft. Benjamin Harrison, IN, requested an advance decision on an Army National Guard member, injured during annual training, who was rendered permanently unable to perform his duties as a military policeman. He is entitled to disability pay and allowances during the period of disability which ended when his military occupation specialty was changed to a job within range of his physical capabilities.
